Andrea is an amazing coach! She challenges me to push myself while being very conscious of good form and safety (I have prior injuries). She is always on time and prepared for our sessions, as well as checks in throughout the week. Along with being knowledgeable, Andrea is also compassionate and encouraging. She takes a holistic approach to health, advising on fitness, nutrition, sleep and self-care. Her coaching has helped me to make realistic, sustainable, healthy habits.
